To order a portrait, send an e-mail to petportraitsinfo@gmail.com with the following information:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work on the portrait begins. My preferred method of payment is PayPal, but I also accept money orders and personal checks. If paying by check or money order, I will reply to your e-mail with my address. In your e-mail, please attach or provide a link to a photograph of each pet. You may send as many pictures as you like, but please specify which photograph you would like the final portrait to be based off of. If you have no preference, I will select the picture that I think is most suitable. If you would like a portrait of more than one pet, I can create a painting using seperate photographs of each pet. If you cannot attach your pictures to your e-mail or upload them to a photo-sharing website online, you can mail them to me by post. Simply request my address in your e-mail and I will mail your photographs back to you when I am finished with the portrait. Artwork can take up to one month to complete depending on the complexity of the piece and how many other orders I am working on. If you need to have the portrait finished by a certain date, please let me know in advance. Portraits may take longer to complete during a busy holiday season. Once a portrait has been completed, I will e-mail digital pictures of the finished work to you for approval. If you have any suggestions or changes you wish to be made to it, I will alter the portrait as requested. Afterwards, I will again e-mail digital pictures of the finished work to you for final approval. When you are satisfied with your painting or drawing, I will require the other half of the payment plus shipping costs before mailing the portrait. All artwork comes unmatted and unframed, and is shipped in secure packaging via your choice of U.S. Postal Service or UPS. Gift certificates are available upon request! |
